GOSPELINO  This dessert wine is made the way wines from the Duoro Valley in Portugal are made into Porto. Unlike porto in Gospelino, grape juice is added to the fermented Babić in a proportion that increases the alcohol to about twenty percent. In addition to brandy, concentrated babić  is added to the wine in order to contribute to the sweetness of this superb dessert wine. The wine should be served cold at a temperature of 10 to 12 degrees Celsius. Serve with chocolate cake, pancakes with chocolate, ice cream or dried fruit or as a digestif.
